At Rigor, our goal is to help people make their websites faster. Using our Real Browser checks, we can measure a website’s performance from locations across the globe. We can then benchmark performance enhancements against historical data to measure improvements. But what performance enhancements should we make?

To date, we’ve manually inspected performance trend data and individual waterfall charts to identify performance problems. Although these charts contain a wealth of information, it can be difficult and time-consuming to pinpoint and prioritize what to change. Today, we’re taking the first step toward automating that process with our on-demand Zoompf performance analysis.

  1. Navigate to a Real Browser check and click on an individual run
  2. Click the page to analyze in the ‘Page Performance’ table
  3. Click Analyze in the top right

Just like that, we’ve sent Rigor’s waterfall data to Zoompf to identify and prioritize performance defects.
