We are happy to announce the release of our new public facing system status page!

While we always strive for perfection at Rigor, we also understand the realities of the digital world. Systems may go down, partners may have troubles, or maintenance may need to occur. The Rigor System Status page is your one stop destination to keep tabs on the latest status of all Rigor systems. If you’re a Rigor customer, we highly recommend you bookmark this page: https://status.rigor.com.

Rigor employs the best engineers in the industry to monitor and maintain our global infrastructure 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If we ever detect a problem with our infrastructure or any partners we may depend on, the Rigor Status page will be the most accurate and up-to-date source on the state of the issue and how it may impact your use of Rigor. This status page will also notify you of any upcoming scheduled maintenance windows so you can plan your work accordingly.

In addition to navigating to the Rigor Status page, you can also receive email notifications of any new events as they occur in real time, by subscribing to updates or following our new @RigorStatus Twitter handle.

We hope that by taking these steps to proactively communicate about any status issues, we can improve your use of Rigor. If you are experiencing an issue with Rigor that isn’t related to the system status, please feel free to contact Support.

Thank you from the Rigor Engineering team!
