  • Craig Hyde

    CEO

    As an entrepreneur with a decade of experience in Application Performance Management, Craig is responsible for product management, marketing, sales, and operations. Craig was previously a Solutions Consultant for Compuware/Gomez where he designed and implemented application performance solutions for the Fortune 100. Before that, he provided the Fortune 1000 and government agencies with systems to test and manage their networks while at Network Orange. Craig is active in the ATDC at Georgia Tech and can be found on the pitch with Atlanta Old White Rugby Football Club.

    Craig earned a BS in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

  • Billy Hoffman CTO Rigor

    Billy Hoffman

    CTO

    From hacking into sites as a penetration tester, to optimizing performance for the Fortune 500, Billy has over a decade of deep technical experience into the inner workings of complex web applications. Billy was the lead researcher at the web security software company SPI Dynamics, where he developed and automated new techniques to exploit web vulnerabilities, and spoke extensively at conferences such as BlackHat and RSA about his findings. Following SPI’s acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in 2007, Billy managed HP’s web security research group. Billy founded the web performance company Zoompf in late 2009 where he developed the industry’s first site-wide performance analysis product which tells you the root-cause of your performance issues. He has spoken at industry conferences such as Velocity and has been a contributing author for O’Reilly’s Web Performance Daybook. At Rigor, Billy is the CTO where he focuses on delivering best-in-class performance software.

    Billy earned a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Billy enjoys refinishing rooms in his house and spending time with his wife Jill and their two daughters.

  • Meagan Klosterhaus VP Marketing Rigor

    Meagan Klosterhaus

    VP of Marketing

    Meagan is Rigor’s VP of Marketing and has spent the last 15 years leading and growing demand generation programs and marketing operations in technology companies and startups. At Rigor, she oversees strategy and execution across marketing channels to drive and grow our high-quality revenue pipeline. She’s results driven, most passionate about building marketing teams and functions from the ground up, and she loves the challenges that modern marketing throws her way on a daily basis.

    Meagan is a tech-junkie, comedy lover, and foodie. She graduated from Butler University after having grown up in Michigan. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, hosting barbecues, and spending time near the water with her husband Adam. Her favorite way to “tune-in and check-out” is with 1970-80s pop culture nostalgia and TV sitcoms like Golden Girls, Charles in Charge, and Cheers.

  • Zack Cook

    VP of Finance and Operations

    Zack is the head of Finance and Operations and is responsible for overseeing everything from our accounting controls and forecasting to culture and strategic planning. He is also integral to Rigor's contract negotiations, working closely with vendors, customers, and outside legal counsel. Prior to joining Rigor, Zack, a licensed CPA, worked in public accounting at EY where he gained valuable experience in the assurance services practice.

    Zack graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Business Administration concentrating in accounting and certifying in law and ethics. Outside of work, Zack is a huge movie buff and enjoys playing trivia and racquetball.

  • Daniel Marsh

    Director of Customer Success

    Daniel is the Director of Customer Success at Rigor and owns the overall relationship with our customers. He consults directly with our clients to ensure they’re satisfied with our products and effectively using them to achieve their strategic business goals. His background includes experience in Account Management, Technology and Enterprise Business for a Big 4 consulting firm. Daniel graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and enjoys the outdoors, fly fishing, cheering on the Braves and Bulldogs and spending time with friends and family.

She has extensive business development experience, having built strong relationships with global internet leaders, startups, Fortune 500 retailers and technology companies.

    Stephanie earned a BBA in Marketing & Management from the University of North Georgia where she is also a member of the Entrepreneurship Alliance. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys coaching, playing, and watching every sport.

  • David Cummings

    Chairman

    David has been an entrepreneur for over ten years. Since 2001, he has bootstrapped two companies on to the Inc. 500 list, Hannon Hill and Pardot. After Pardot was acquired by ExactTarget for $95 Million in 2012, he created the Atlanta Tech Village, a 103,000 square foot innovation center for new technology. David is a Tallahassee native and a graduate of Duke University.

  • Chapman Lever

    Director of Alliances and Market Development

    Chapman is responsible for introducing today’s leading ecommerce, online media and enterprise organizations to Team Rigor. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Chapman comes to Rigor with experience in a Fortune 60 corporation, Coca-Cola, as a member of their prestigious Leadership Development Program. When not working, he enjoys playing basketball, smoking one of his many tobacco pipes, and spending time with his wife, Grace.

  • Stephen Pyles

    Lead Sales Engineer

    Stephen is an extraverted and personable Sales Engineer helping companies identify and solve their web performance issues. After receiving a BS in MIS at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), Stephen began his career in technology as an IT developer. Since then, he has helped numerous enterprise and startup companies hire top technical and sales talent. Stephen uses his several years of IT experience to provide customers with the best possible solution (Give you a hint… it’s Rigor!!)
    When Stephen is not connecting with clients from the ATV, you can find him on the golf course, at the nearest happy hour, or trying to crack up the whole room with his horrible jokes. After being a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune, he is currently preparing for his next game show appearance.

  • Andrew Patterson

    Sales Engineer

    Andrew is a Sales Engineer responsible for helping companies identify their web performance issues. After receiving a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), he decided to go into sales. Since graduating from college, he has used his engineering background to help communicate technical solutions effectively with a wide range of customers.

    When he's not hanging around the Atlanta Tech Village, he enjoys playing guitar, reading, exercising, and hanging around the pool.

  • Matthew Wakefield

    SDR Manager

    Matthew Wakefield enjoys showing potential clients the value that Rigor can offer them. He comes to Rigor as a member of the Venture for America Class of 2016. Venture for America is an organization that trains and prepares recent college grads to work at startups across the nation.

    Matthew is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BS in Human and Organizational Development. Outside of the workplace, Matthew enjoys dance, spoken word poetry, musical theater, and trying new things.

  • Kaitlin Chapman

    Sr. Sales Development Representative

    Kaitlin plays an integral role in developing and growing Rigor’s client relationships. She has a strong passion for helping companies reach their full potential, and also enjoys helping others by bridging gaps where needed. She comes to Rigor with prior tech startup experience.

    She received her B.S. degree from Georgia Southern University and her Master’s degree in Community Partnerships and Engagement. She has found job love within the tech world and is always looking for continuous learning opportunities. When out of the office, you can find her at almost all live music concerts, binge-watching Survivor, at local breweries, or in a state of wanderlust.

  • Nick Barcelona

    Sales Development Representative

    Nick works within the Sales Development group at Rigor to help identify potential business opportunities and new clients. He comes to Rigor with prior experience in sales and recruiting at a tech consulting firm, where he discovered his new passion for innovative technologies and products.

    Nick is a graduate of The University of West Florida, where he pursued a dual major in Political Science and Pre-Law. Outside of the office, Nick enjoys bingeing football and basketball, staying active, and getting down to Florida as much as possible for deep sea fishing with his family.

  • Katie Quinn

    Sales Development Representative

    Katie works with the Sales Development team to grow relationships with potential clients and share value of Rigor’s platform. She has a passion for communication and has experience working with higher education and the textiles industry.

    Katie graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in Public Relations. When not at work, she enjoys practicing hot yoga, exploring the great city of Atlanta, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs (Sic ‘Em!).

  • Alyssa Cave

    Sales Development Representative

    Alyssa is responsible for helping the Sales Development team identify potential clients by demonstrating the value that Rigor can provide their company. She enjoys combining her interests in both business and technology in this role. She comes to Rigor with prior sales experience.

    Alyssa graduated from The University of Georgia with a BBA in Marketing and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship. Outside of work, you can find her at a music festival, one of Atlanta’s breweries, or at home cooking up a meal for her friends.

    Demand Generation Manager

    As the Demand Generation Manager at Rigor, Jhanna designs and executes marketing campaigns to build Rigor’s outbound pipeline. She works cross-functionally to develop strategy and enhancing brand awareness, generating demand, and increasing qualified leads.

    With five years of experience working for tech companies in both B2B and B2C, Jhanna possesses an ample background in the marketing, sales, project management, and quality assurance arena. She graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BA degree in Marketing.

    When she isn’t crafting and directing ingenious marketing campaigns, she spends her time traveling around the globe, learning new concepts and skills, enjoying her family, and catching sunsets.

  • Marla Blair

    Content Marketing Manager

    Marla has spent over 20 years honing her craft as a writer and editor. As Rigor’s content marketing manager, she is focused on developing a content strategy that increases brand awareness and generates demand.

    Marla holds a master’s degree in writing, literature, and publishing from Emerson College. Since she’s from Massachusetts, she’s a total fair-weather fan of all Boston sports teams (especially the Bruins), and while she doesn’t have a lot of spare time, she likes reading, going to concerts, and hanging out with her family.

    Director of Engineering

    William is the Director of Engineering at Rigor. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago summa cum laude with a BS in Computer Science with a Software Engineering concentration. William enjoys cycling, home repair, and spending time with his wife and daughters.

  • Ricky Smith

    Sr. DevOps Engineer

    Ricky is an engineer on the product development team. He brings a wide variety of experience to the team, which includes working on projects for organizations as large as the U.S. Army to as small as 3-man startups. He is also a 2017 Village Advisor for the Atlanta Tech Village.

    When he’s not making websites go fast, you can find him playing video games or arguing with the locals.

  • Roberta Medina

    Sr. Software Engineer

    Roberta is an engineer on the product development team at Rigor. She enjoys designing and implementing new features that are both powerful and intuitive.

    Roberta earned a BS in Computer Science with Highest Honor from Georgia Tech, where she specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and doing yoga.

  • Mike Beasley

    Sr. Software Engineer

    Mike is a senior software engineer on the product development team at Rigor. He brings a diverse engineering background and passion for systems-oriented thinking to his work across the Rigor technology stack. Outside of his work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, gardening, and being outdoors.

  • Luis Ferrer

    Junior Software Engineer

    Luis is a software engineer on the product development team at Rigor. He graduated from Georgia State University summa cum laude with a BS in Computer Science and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Since early in his college career, Luis has been deeply passionate about tech startups and leadership. During his time at GSU, he started PantherHackers, a tech student organization that soon became the largest in the entire school. A couple years into software engineering, Luis developed a profound interest for DevOps and software infrastructure; how these are shaped by business needs and how they impact business processes in return.

    When Luis is not coming up with business ideas or the technical infrastructures to make them a reality, you can find him rock climbing, exploring new hiking trails, or Latin dancing with his friends.

  • Niya Panamdanam

    Software Engineer

    Niya works on the Front End of the Rigor product. She graduated American University and is a self-taught visual designer and front end developer. When Niya is not coding away, you can find her experimenting with different coffee while traveling to distant corners of the world with her partner and their tiny dog.

  • Alla Gringaus

    Performance Architect

    Alla has a technology and UX design background, and her mission is to dramatically improve users' experience on the web. In the past, she was a big part of designing, building and launching websites such as TIME, People, InStyle, Golf, Real Simple and many more. Prior to Rigor, she kicked-off the responsive designs for the Economist and American Kennel Club. Alla believes that performance plays a major role in the success of any online venture. That's why she joined Rigor; because if a site loads fast, then everything else she's worked on before matters, but not vice versa. As someone with a background in Math Education, she's noted that the word "Rigor" is commonly used in Mathematics to describe "a condition that encourages creative problem-solving in new, exciting contexts, yielding perseverance and satisfying growth in knowledge and skills." She's excited to see how this definition and the mission of Rigor mirror one another.

    Alla holds an MS degree in Math from Odessa State University in Ukraine and taught Math in the Naval Academy before moving to the US. She enjoys canoeing on the Hudson River during the summer weekends, playing table tennis, and building websites.

  • Josh Dunbar

    Customer Success Engineer

    Josh seeks to continue Rigor’s success by working alongside clients and demonstrating how Rigor can improve their businesses. Having been in support for over 8 years, he is expanding out to client implementations.

    Josh is passionate about diversifying tech and becoming amazing friends with his customers! He has contributed to DC tech meetups, volunteered for mentoring the next generation of tech employees, and has his fair share of hack-a-thons.

    A tea aficionado that finds his love of tea maturates with his love of people. While sipping his tea, he enjoys playing Go and other board games, taking long hikes, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

  • Olivia Campbell

    Product Solutions Specialist

    Olivia is an SDR, responsible for developing new client relationships at Rigor. She comes to Rigor with experience working in sales and recruiting and is excited to be apart of the rapidly-growing Atlanta startup scene. Olivia is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations (Go Dawgs!). When not prospecting, you’ll find her at a local sushi joint or a Settlers of Catan board game night.

    Revenue Operations Senior Analyst

    Marisa focuses on building relationships with new clients at Rigor. She is excited to be a member of the Atlanta tech community and loves learning about new technologies.

    Marisa graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with family & friends, traveling, and rooting on the Florida Gators.

  • Rachel Alford

    People and Operations Specialist

    As the People & Operations Specialist at Rigor, Rachel ensures that day-to-day operations at Rigor run as efficiently and enjoyably as possible. Rachel loves working cross-departmentally and making sure that Rigor continues to be one of the best places to work in Atlanta. One of her favorite parts of her role is that she learns something new every day while working at The Atlanta Tech Village.

    Rachel graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing & Advertising from Liberty University in Virginia. A born and raised Philadelphian, Rachel is an avid Philly sports fan. Outside of work, you can find her exploring her new home of Atlanta, attending live music events, or laughing with friends at the nearest happy hour.

    HR Manager

    Brianna’s passion for people is what makes her play a unique role at Rigor as the HR Manager. She is a self-starting, hands-on human resource professional with diverse experience operating in various industries including technology, startups, e-commerce, franchises, and retail.

    Brianna earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband and two dogs, Maddie and Mason. She enjoys traveling, cooking up new recipes, Starbucks, and shoes (she has over 100 pairs!).
