    Chief Customer Officer

    As Rigor’s Chief Customer Officer, Francis leads the various technical customer-facing teams such as pre-sales engineering, professional services, technical support and ongoing client management focusing on creating a smooth, positive and valuable customer experience. Francis is absolutely passionate about establishing a results-oriented performance practice and creating an industry-recognized performance maturity scale to help organizations evolve and achieve clearly documented increasing levels of ROI by eliminating outages and improving application performance.

    In the past Francis held roles both at Performance Management Software vendors helping Fortune 500 organizations achieve their performance goals, as well as running Performance Architecture and the Application Performance Management practice at The Bank Of New York Mellon end-to-end across the application life cycle from development to production.

    In his spare time, Francis enjoys traveling with his wife, practicing traditional Martial Arts, and playing the guitar.

  • Pete Mansel

    VP of Sales

    Pete is the VP of Sales at Rigor. As a growth mindset leader with 22+ years of experience driving new revenue for enterprise software companies, he has built and developed high performing teams. Pete is responsible for accelerating Rigor's growth and sales velocity across all addressable markets globally. Prior to joining Rigor, he served in leadership roles at HP Enterprise, LANDESK and Computer Associates.

    Pete earned a BBA in MIS from the University of Georgia. He enjoys fitness, traveling with his family and has a great deal of passion for the red grapes of Napa Valley.

  • Kathryn O’Day

    COO

    Kathryn is the COO of Rigor, where her she is focused on making sure Rigor clients and employees have the best experience possible. With 10 years of client success, operations, and management experience, she loves working with customers and A players.

    Kathryn, an Atlanta native, braved New England weather to graduate from Amherst College with a BA in Spanish. When not hanging out with her Rigor friends or husband, Kathryn likes to triathlon, organize things, and eat vegetables.

  • Craig Hyde

    CEO

    As an entrepreneur with a decade of experience in Application Performance Management, Craig is responsible for product management, marketing, sales, and operations. Craig was previously a Solutions Consultant for Compuware/Gomez where he designed and implemented application performance solutions for the Fortune 100. Before that, he provided the Fortune 1000 and government agencies with systems to test and manage their networks while at Network Orange. Craig is active in the ATDC at Georgia Tech and can be found on the pitch with Atlanta Old White Rugby Football Club.

    Craig earned a BS in Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

  • Billy Hoffman

    CTO

    From hacking into sites as a penetration tester, to optimizing performance for the Fortune 500, Billy has over a decade of deep technical experience into the inner workings of complex web applications. Billy was the lead researcher at the web security software company SPI Dynamics, where he developed and automated new techniques to exploit web vulnerabilities, and spoke extensively at conferences such as BlackHat and RSA about his findings. Following SPI’s acquisition by Hewlett-Packard in 2007, Billy managed HP’s web security research group. Billy founded the web performance company Zoompf in late 2009 where he developed the industry’s first site-wide performance analysis product which tells you the root-cause of your performance issues. He has spoken at industry conferences such as Velocity and has been a contributing author for O’Reilly’s Web Performance Daybook. At Rigor, Billy is the CTO where he focuses on delivering best-in-class performance software.

    Billy earned a BS in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Outside of work, Billy enjoys refinishing rooms in his house and spending time with his wife Jill and their two daughters.

  • Mark Isham

    VP of Engineering

    As Rigor's VP of Engineering, Mark leads up the development efforts for all Rigor products, ensuring high quality delivery and a consistent, reliable customer experience. Mark joined Rigor in 2015 when his former company, Zoompf, a web performance optimization platform, was acquired by Rigor.

    Prior to Zoompf, Mark served in numerous senior engineering leadership positions at ChannelAdvisor, a publicly traded e-commerce SaaS platform that connects thousands of well-known retailers to hundreds of online demand channels such as Amazon, eBay, Google, and Facebook. Mark’s experience at ChannelAdvisor spanned from “day one” startup challenges to a 400+ employee, multi-national 24/7 e-commerce platform that transacted over $4B yearly on a large, highly scalable architecture.

  • David Cummings

    Chairman

    David has been an entrepreneur for over ten years. Since 2001, he has bootstrapped two companies on to the Inc. 500 list, Hannon Hill and Pardot. After Pardot was acquired by ExactTarget for $95 Million in 2012, he created the Atlanta Tech Village, a 103,000 square foot innovation center for new technology. David is a Tallahassee native and a graduate of Duke University.

  • Douglas Moski

    Product Owner

    Douglas brings 10+ years of experience in leadership, management, operations, and management consulting to the product team at Rigor.

    He earned his B.A. from the University of Georgia and an M.S. and M.B.A from Georgia Tech. When he’s not helping Rigor’s customers and teams #improveeveryday you can find him running with his two Australian Shepherds, spending time with his incredible wife, cooking gourmet meals, and learning more about the ever fascinating world of wine.

  • Ricky Smith

    Sr DevOps Engineer

    Ricky is an engineer on the product development team. He brings a wide variety of experience to the team, which includes working on projects for organizations as large as the U.S. Army to as small as 3-man startups. He is also a 2017 Village Advisor for the Atlanta Tech Village.

    When he’s not making websites go fast you can find him playing video games or arguing with the locals.

  • William Montgomery

    Monitoring Team Lead

    William is a Senior Software Engineer at Rigor. He graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago summa cum laude with a BS in Computer Science with a Software Engineering concentration. After spending 14 years in Chicago working in the telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries, he has returned to Atlanta to be closer to family. William enjoys cycling, home repair, and spending time with his wife and daughter.

  • Roberta Medina

    Software Engineer

    Roberta is an engineer on the product development team at Rigor. She enjoys designing and implementing new features that are both powerful and intuitive.

    Roberta earned a BS in Computer Science with Highest Honor from Georgia Tech, where she specialized in Artificial Intelligence and Human-Computer Interaction. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and doing yoga.

  • Jonathan Suever

    Software Engineer

    Jonathan is a software engineer on the product development team at Rigor. With a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Tech, he used to develop software for analyzing medical images and controlling MRI scanners, but now he is applying those skills to ensure that Rigor is designing the most rigorous tools for monitoring web performance.

    When he's not helping others make the internet a faster place, you can find him cycling, swimming, tinkering, or contributing to a variety of open-source software projects.

  • Sam Griffiths

    Lead UX Engineer

    Sam is responsible for keeping Rigor looking good and making it easy to use. He is a graduate of The University of Georgia and a self-taught visual designer with a background that extends from visual effects on Hollywood films to app development with startups like RenterUp. When Sam is not “jazzing things up”, you can find him playing tennis, cooking delicious eats, and enjoying life with his wife and two dogs.

  • Mike Beasley

    Senior Software Engineer

    Mike is a senior software engineer on the product development team at Rigor. He brings a diverse engineering background and passion for systems-oriented thinking to his work across the Rigor technology stack. Outside of his work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, gardening, and being outdoors.

    Director of Inside Sales

    David brings 15+ years of sales experience to his role as Director of Inside Sales. He comes to Rigor with a background of scaling inside sales teams for high-growth companies in both individual contributor and leadership roles. Prior to joining Rigor, he served as Vice President of Sales for Izenda, building out the sales organization from bootstrapped startup to venture-backed growth stage. David earned an MBA and BS in Business Management from Berry College. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid sports fan, and poker enthusiast.

  • Chapman Lever

    Director of Alliances and Market Development

    Chapman is responsible for introducing today’s leading ecommerce, online media and enterprise organizations to Team Rigor. A graduate of Wake Forest University, Chapman comes to Rigor with experience in a Fortune 60 corporation, Coca-Cola, as a member of their prestigious Leadership Development Program. When not working, he enjoys playing basketball, smoking one of his many tobacco pipes, and spending time with his wife, Grace.

  • Stephanie Elsesser

    Senior Account Executive

    Stephanie is an entrepreneurial spirit, who focuses on developing and supporting Rigor’s extensive presence with organizations across the globe. She has extensive business development experience, having built strong relationships with global internet leaders, startups, Fortune 500 retailers and technology companies.

    Stephanie earned a BBA in Marketing & Management from the University of North Georgia where she is also a member of the Entrepreneurship Alliance. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys coaching, playing, and watching every sport.

  • David Brehmer

    Senior Account Executive

    David brings a long track record of success in the information technology and services industry to Rigor. Skilled in Enterprise Software Sales across a variety of technologies and industries, David holds a BS focused in Information Technology from University of Memphis-Jackson campus. In his free time, David is an avid runner.

  • Chad Capper

    Chad Capper

    Senior Account Executive

    Chad brings over 15 years of successful sales in application development software solutions. He started his career as a sales engineer and has worked at both start-ups and large enterprise software companies. Chad has a BBA in CIS from Georgia State and BA in Economics from UGA. Chad is a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan and loves playing golf.

  • Marisa Lopez

    Sales Operations Analyst

    Marisa focuses on building relationships with new clients at Rigor. She is excited to be a member of the Atlanta tech community and loves learning about new technologies.

    Marisa graduated with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College. Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with family & friends, traveling, and rooting on the Florida Gators.

  • Kendall Boyd

    Inside Sales Representative

    Kendall is responsible for contributing to Rigor’s fast paced growth by developing new client relationships. She is passionate about working with others and making new connections, as well as continuing to expand upon her knowledge of all things technology related.

    Kendall is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BA in Communications. When she’s not at the Atlanta Tech Village, she spends her time exercising, reading, hanging with friends and family, Netflix-binging, and searching for the best margarita Atlanta has to offer.

  • Sophia Reynolds

    Inside Sales Representative

    Sophia, a Southern California native, is an Inside Sales Representative here at Rigor. She comes to Rigor with experience working at two other startups. Sophia has earned a BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia. When she isn’t in the office, she can be found spending time with friends and family, cheering on the Dawgs, or planning her next adventure!

  • Andrew Strasburger

    Inside Sales Representative

    Andrew is a technology enthusiast with a background in both software engineering and sales. At Rigor, he continues to pursue his passion for sales and is responsible for developing and supporting organizational relationships, while expanding Rigor's global footprint.

    Andrew is a graduate of Wofford College, where he earned a BS in Computer Science and Physics and a BA in Mathematics with a minor in Business. While not in the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, and cheering on the Falcons.

  • Kendall Gunkel

    Inside Sales Representative

    Kendall brings 5 years of software sales experience with him to Rigor and has been extremely active in helping to build out Rigor’s international presence. After recently establishing our partnership with Akamai, Kendall is excited to represent the APAC region and enjoys the thrill of taking calls at all hours of the night.

    Having earned his BBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia, it’s safe to say he is a big UGA sports fan (Go Dawgs!). When he’s not in the office you can find Kendall at an Atlanta United soccer match, playing basketball, or catching a show at the local comedy club.

  • Sarah Affleck

    Director of Sales Development

    Sarah is a proactive team leader skilled at coaching Rigor’s high performing Sales Development team. She was the 9th employee hired at Rigor and a huge advocate of the team culture. She’s been deemed the “Chief Fun Officer” and is constantly challenging the SDRs with fun competitions, learning exercises, and growth opportunities.

    Sarah earned her degree in English, Literature from Wofford College where she was also the President of the English Honors Society. She is an active volunteer as a “Big Sister” with the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and is going 8 years strong with her “Little Sister,” Gaby. Sarah is a huge fan of walks outside, reading, and desserts that pair with a good cup of coffee.

  • Matthew Wakefield

    Sales Development Representative

    Matthew Wakefield enjoys showing potential clients the value that Rigor can offer them. He comes to Rigor as a member of the Venture for America Class of 2016. Venture for America is an organization that trains and prepares recent college grads to work at startups across the nation.

    Matthew is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a BS in Human and Organizational Development. Outside of the workplace, Matthew enjoys dance, spoken word poetry, musical theater, and trying new things.

  • Alex Anderson

    Sales Development Representative

    Alex focuses on building new client relationships here at Rigor. With previous Account Management experience, she loves working with potential customers and helping them reach their business goals.

    Alex graduated from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in Marketing, with an emphasis in Sales & Sales Management. Outside of the Atlanta Tech Village, she enjoys long walks on the beach, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.

  • Lauren Phillips

    Sales Development Representative

    As an enthusiast for forging new relationships, Lauren is vital in introducing potential clients to Rigor's technology. She came to Rigor as a Wofford College graduate with degrees in Spanish and Business and looks forward to using her passion for communication in an exciting and receptive industry.

    When not prospecting, you can find her on long walks with her dog, searching for deals on Groupon, and seeking out food festivals.

  • Kaitlin Chapman

    Sales Development Representative

    Kaitlin plays an integral role in developing and growing Rigor’s client relationships. She has a strong passion for helping companies reach their full potential, and also enjoys helping others by bridging gaps where needed.She comes to Rigor with prior tech startup experience.

    She received her B.S. degree from Georgia Southern University and her Master’s degree in Community Partnerships and Engagement. She has found job love within the tech world and is always looking for continuous learning opportunities. When out of the office, you can find her at almost all live music concerts, binge-watching Survivor, at local breweries, or in a state of wanderlust.

  • Olivia Veazey

    Sales Development Representative

    Olivia is an SDR, responsible for developing new client relationships at Rigor. She comes to Rigor with experience working in sales and recruiting and is excited to be apart of the rapidly-growing Atlanta startup scene. Olivia is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations (Go Dawgs!). When not prospecting, you’ll find her at a local sushi joint or a Settlers of Catan board game night.

    Director of Finance

    Zack is the Director of Finance and is responsible for everything from bookkeeping to forecasting. Prior to joining Rigor, Zack, a licensed CPA, worked in public accounting at EY where he gained valuable experience in the assurance services practice.

    Zack graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he earned a BS in Business Administration concentrating in accounting and certifying in law and ethics. Outside of work, Zack is a huge movie buff and enjoys playing trivia and racquetball.

  • Daniel Marsh

    Sr. Client Success Manager

    Daniel is a Client Success Manager at Rigor and owns the overall relationship with our customers. He consults directly with our clients to ensure they’re satisfied with our products and effectively using them to achieve their strategic business goals. His background includes experience in Account Management, Technology and Enterprise Business for a Big 4 consulting firm. Daniel graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance and enjoys the outdoors, fly fishing, cheering on the Braves and Bulldogs and spending time with friends and family.

  • Stephen Pyles

    Sales Engineer

    Stephen is an extraverted and personable Sales Engineer helping companies identify and solve their web performance issues. After receiving a BS in MIS at the University of Georgia (Go Dawgs!), Stephen began his career in technology as an IT developer. Since then, he has helped numerous enterprise and startup companies hire top technical and sales talent. Stephen uses his several years of IT experience to provide customers with the best possible solution (Give you a hint… it’s Rigor!!)
    When Stephen is not connecting with clients from the ATV, you can find him on the golf course, at the nearest happy hour, or trying to crack up the whole room with his horrible jokes. After being a contestant on the Wheel of Fortune, he is currently preparing for his next game show appearance.

  • Stephen Krauska

    Customer Advocate

    Stephen is a future entrepreneur interested in the intersection of seemingly unlike skills to solve problems in delightful ways. His background includes management, sales, copywriting, and nonprofits. Stephen graduated with a BA in Literature from CUNY Staten Island and is completing his MFA in Creative Writing at the Low Residency program at Lesley University. When not connecting new clients with Rigor he spends his time writing, home-brewing, biking, learning to code, taking pictures and planning his April wedding.

  • Josh Dunbar

    Technical Support Specialist

    Josh seeks to continue Rigor’s success by working alongside clients and demonstrating how Rigor can improve their businesses. Having been in support for over 8 years this is his life and he is here to stay.

    Josh is passionate about diversifying tech and becoming amazing friends with his customers! He has contributed to DC tech meet-ups, volunteered for mentoring the next generation of tech employees, and has his fair share of hack-a-thons.

    A tea aficionado that finds his love of tea maturates with his love of people. While sipping his tea he enjoys playing Go and other boardgames. Love taking long hikes, and playing Dungeons & Dragons.

  • Rachel Hunter

    Culture and Operations Specialist

    As the Culture & Operations Specialist at Rigor, Rachel ensures that day-to-day operations at Rigor run as efficiently and enjoyably as possible. Rachel loves working cross-departmentally and making sure that Rigor continues to be one of the best places to work in Atlanta. One of her favorite parts of her role is that she learns something new every day while working at The Atlanta Tech Village.

    Rachel recently graduated with a degree in Digital Marketing & Advertising from Liberty University in Virginia. A born and raised Philadelphian, Rachel is an avid Philly sports fan. Outside of work, you can find her exploring her new home of Atlanta, attending live music events, or laughing with friends at the nearest happy hour.

  • Brianna Smith

    HR Manager

    Brianna’s passion for people is what makes her play a unique role at Rigor as the HR Manager. She is a self-starting, hands-on human resource professional with diverse experience operating in various industries including technology, startups, e-commerce, franchises, and retail.

    Brianna earned her BA in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh. In her free time, you can find her spending time with her husband and two dogs, Maddie and Mason. She enjoys traveling, cooking up new recipes, Starbucks, and shoes (she has over 100 pairs!).
