  • Define Rigor’s strategy and execution across all areas of marketing including:
  • -Demand generation
  • -Brand awareness
  • -Category & thought leadership
  • -Product marketing
  • -Customer stories
  • -Events, PR, social media.
  • Drive and grow a high-quality revenue pipeline
  • Highlight and promote Rigor’s unique category and innovation
  • Identify and drive field marketing programs that create a platform of our thought leadership
  • Scale marketing campaigns and processes for growth and impact
  • Use marketing automation (Pardot), salesforce automation (Salesforce.com), and various demand generation tools to build, monitor and measure program effectiveness
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop top marketing talent

  • Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director or other senior role
  • 10+ years of high-tech marketing experience, preferably with a fast growth company
  • 5+ years people management
  • Track record of revenue-focused marketing with pipeline growth through demand generation, events, thought leadership, customer marketing, and other campaigns
  • Effective and inspirational leadership
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong focus on metrics and data-driven decisions
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • 3+ years of industry experience in Digital Performance and/or Application Performance Management (APM)
