Rigor is hiring a meticulous and creative Quality Assurance Engineer with at least 3-5 years automation experience to help define and systematize a repeatable quality assurance framework across its global performance management infrastructure. As a QA Engineer at Rigor, you will be embedded directly inside a team of highly skilled and approachable engineers who embrace and value the contributions a talented QA engineer can bring to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building and improving a repeatable automation testing framework for various systems
  • Working as a first class participant in the entire software development lifecycle
  • Working with an energetic, tight-knit team of peers and mentors with experience ranging from fresh out of college to 20+ years of web development
  • Proactively suggesting how we can improve our product, processes, and infrastructure
  • Mingling with intelligent, enthusiastic and boundlessly optimistic entrepreneurs both at Rigor and in the halls of the Atlanta Tech Village

Requirements:

  • Are an innovator and tinkerer to your core
  • Have at least 3-5 years experience with modern, open source automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver and JUnit
  • Maintain a healthy balance of disciplined test planning with day-to-day flexibility
  • Have experience working on mature, 24/7 SaaS web applications
  • Have experience working in small, fast moving companies with “just enough” process
  • Thrive in an environment of loose direction and trust
  • Love to break sh*t for a living
