A Product Solutions Specialist works directly with customers to maintain and improve their Rigor utilization. Responsibilities:

  • Managing customer needs within Rigor's solution as part of an ongoing services agreement
  • Being an extension of the customer’s team as a “first responder” for resolving and/or escalating issues that Rigor uncovers
  • Providing courteous, speedy service via calls and emails to customers
  • Making proactive recommendations for improving end user experience including performance, software development, and Rigor best practices
  • Delivering true business value by aligning with a customer’s revenue and metrics
