At Rigor we’re on a mission to make digital performance management effortless for our growing user base. The Product Solution Specialist fills a critical role on our Client Success team, helping to drive customer adoption by solving problems and shaping our product.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering users’ technical questions quickly, effectively, and empathetically via chat and email
  • Investigating web performance and technical issues and recommending solutions
  • Working closely with Rigor Engineers
  • Creating resources to train and assist users like articles, blogs, and guides
  • Reaching out to clients with suggestions on how to further leverage Rigor
  • Sharing feedback on the product and user experience

Requirements:

  • Have a strong sense of curiosity about how things work and why things work the way they do
  • Write clearly and concisely while practicing friendly and professional etiquette
  • Learn quickly and can articulate technical concepts
  • Enjoy helping people solve problems
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Know your way around HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Have experience in customer service or technical support
  • Earned a Bachelor's degree or higher
