As a Manager / Director of Engineering, you will inspire, lead and coach our team of passionate engineers. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, individuals in this role possess depth of knowledge in Enterprise Software, demonstrated experience, and a passion for developing scalable strategies for growth and the people on their team. Our team is lean in process and has a deep passion for building great customer-facing features.

You will be hands on by providing technical guidance while directly managing the engineering team. Experience in our stack of technologies is strongly desired (AWS, Ruby on Rails, C#, JQuery and React) to support the team with code reviews and guidance.

  • Have 5+ years of B2B software technology engineering experience and 3+ years in engineering leadership
  • Show a track record of successful achievement in a fast paced environment
  • Build and nurture processes to drive results
  • Have experience scaling a team for early stage companies
  • Demonstrate leadership, team management, and employee development skills
  • Possess excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
