The Finance, Accounting, and Operations Intern fills a critical role on our finance and operations team, helping to track our business metrics, implement our strategic goals, and drive award-winning company culture.   • Recording accounting activity accurately and according to GAAP
  • Working closely with the sales operations team to analyze and organize data
  • Calculating, analyzing, and reporting on trends in our key financial performance metrics
  • Maintaining the integrity of data in Salesforce, Google Apps, and other systems
  • Assisting with managing our bank, investor, customer, and vendor relationships
  • Processing commissions and payroll
  • Helping forecast cash flows, revenues, expenses, and other metrics
  • Researching software platforms that could streamline or automate financial processes


  • Have experience and interest in accounting, finance, and operations
  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and learn quickly
  • Are comfortable with Google Apps and Microsoft Office platforms, especially Excel
  • Proactively look for ways to improve process, policy, and controls
  • Have a strong academic record in high school and college (completed or in progress
