Responsibilities:

  • Having fun while being super passionate about your work
  • Attracting, recruiting, and hiring to build an operationally sound and highly motivated inside sales team
  • Setting the vision and strategy for the Sales Team
  • Inspiring, developing, coaching and mentoring your team
  • Owning driving and accurately forecasting opportunity progression and new license bookings
  • Continually re-assessing conversion rates, qualification process, and marketing messaging/programs to generate highly qualified opportunities
  • Exceeding assigned bookings targets by acquiring new customers and cross-selling to our installed base
  • Keeping track of the team's sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Partnering internally with Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to continuously improve our approach and win rate
  • Collaborating with the extended Rigor team to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies
  • Operating with a growth mindset, seeking new and innovative ways to improve your own skills

Requirements:

  • Have 5+ years of B2B software technology sales experience and 2+ years in sales leadership
  • Show a track record of successful achievement in an inside sales environment
  • Build and nurture processes to drive results
  • Have experience scaling ARR for early stage companies
  • Have experience with a consultative value-based selling approach
  • Demonstrate leadership, team management, and employee development skills
  • Possess excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
  • Show a continuous and demonstrable track record of success exceeding revenue targets
  • Are experienced with navigating complex organizations and selling to multiple decision makers
  • Possess skills in driving teams on proactive outbound calling to prospects
