We are actively growing our marketing department and looking for A-players to join us. This role will entail crafting and executing our demand generation strategy and collaborating cross-functionally to provide qualitative results. Responsibilities:

  • - Creating inbound pipeline through SEO and SEM, website optimization, compelling call-to-actions, and automated nurturing
  • - Owning the lead management process from lead capture to discovery calls and follow-up
  • - Tracking full-funnel marketing metrics, analyzing performance, and providing recommendations - for future program and campaign investments
  • - Using automation to improve processes and productivity including leveraging our MarTech stack
  • - Collaborating closely with sales, product, and the rest of the marketing team with great internal communication
  • - Helping out with other marketing initiatives as needed. Marketing is a team sport!

Requirements:

  • - Have 2-5 years experience generating a high-quality B2B pipeline by building lead generation programs
  • - Love to analyze data, test, iterate, and improve campaigns and conversion rates
  • - Optimize marketing automation and CRM tools
  • - Create and manage successful content strategies
  • - Work exceptionally well cross-functionally
  • - Demonstrate excellent planning and time management skills
  • - Earned a Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • - Execute B2B lead generation programs and processes
  • - Leverage marketing automation technology and CRM to capture, convert, and track inbound leads
