Rigor is on the lookout for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to take ownership of all outbound marketing programs including lead nurturing, syndicated content, PPC, webcasts, and field events. This person will be responsible for defining the company’s demand generation plan, executing multi-channel campaigns, and measuring the success and ROI of those campaigns within our CRM and marketing automation system.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining goals and metrics for all demand generation programs, including: lead nurturing campaigns, field events, banners, webcasts, syndicated content, and PPC programs
  • Tracking, measuring, and analyzing marketing campaign performance, and improving overall program effectiveness over time
  • Implementing testing methodologies to continually improve campaign performance
  • Owning complete campaigns from idea to execution
  • Managing the demand generation budget

Requirements:

  • Have a track record of success in taking an analytical approach to demand generation and exceeding lead generation targets
  • Border on obsessive when it comes to measuring ROI
  • Are experienced in implementing and managing marketing automation solutions (Pardot-specific experience is a plus)
  • Prefer working in a collaborative setting
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in b2b digital marketing
  • Earned a Bachelor’s degree or higher
