We are actively growing our marketing department and looking for A-players to join us. This role will entail crafting and executing our demand generation strategy and collaborating cross-functionally to provide qualitative results. Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing quarterly demand generation plans by leveraging a variety of channels including digital advertising/PPC, SEO, content marketing, nurture, events, webinars, content syndication, social media, sponsored content, and more
  • Continuously researching and leveraging new distribution channels and managing the vendor relationships
  • Designing and executing lead nurturing programs that generate pipeline, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close
  • Managing the marketing database (Pardot/Salesforce) while ensuring cleanliness, data integrity, and GDPR compliance
  • Drafting copy and design as you build compelling, conversion-focused landing pages for content, webinars, and events that drive qualified leads
  • Leveraging CRO best practices and strategies to continuously optimize email, landing page, and social performance
  • Owning Pardot/marketing automation and the MQL lead management process
  • Owning KPIs, funnel dynamics and reporting for all demand generation activities with accountability for a monthly MQL quota
  • 60% Demand / 30% Marketing Ops / 10% Design

Requirements:

  • Hold 3-5+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Are an experienced startup veteran
  • Have intermediate to Advanced experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Adobe Creative Suite, Wordpress, HTML/CSS, Google Analytics
  • Are an organized and analytical problem solver who is driven by deadlines
  • Lead with initiative when managing projects
  • Have exceptional attention to detailCollaborating on integrated marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, MQLs, pipeline, and revenue for Rigor
