Director of Sales

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

At Rigor we’re on a mission to make digital performance management effortless for our growing user base. We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Director of Sales who is passionate about building teams and scaling successful sales organizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching sales reps
  • Working cross-functionally on strategic and tactical Go-To-Market initiatives
  • Optimizing sales tools like Salesforce for visibility and productivity
  • Collecting and analyzing pipeline data for the team and individuals
  • Enabling Rigor Sales team with resources and messaging for value-focused wins
  • Holding team and individual meetings

Requirements:

  • Track record of success
  • Ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent
  • Experience building repeatable sales systems including lead-to-close flow and forecasting
  • Experience building and executing on strategic plans
  • Value-based consultative selling approach
  • Desire to work with a winning team of top performers
  • 2-8 years sales management experience (preferably in software or related field)
