The Associate Business Development Representative plays a crucial role in generating new leads and maintaining the pipeline for the sales team.

  • Use technology to research companies, identify key decision makers, and develop prospective customers
  • Qualify leads into sales opportunities
  • Connect directly with prospective clients via email and phone
  • Keep track of sales activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Meet team and individual goals


  • BA/BS/MS completed with a strong academic record
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
  • Ability to write effectively and concisely
  • Strong interest in sales and rapid career advancement
